So when I first got this dish, I guess I was expecting it to be rolled up or something, and I couldn’t find the veggies either. It didn’t look that… pretty. I mean, comeon, it was just piled up on top of each other. So I decided to cut it open…

It looks a lot better. Oh, and it tastes… awesome. This was a very good dish. The veal was lightly battered layered with prosciutto and mozzarella. The meat was so moist with Marsala wine. The escarole tastes a lot like shanghai bok choy, but that’s just me… and I like it!
My only complaint is that it was a bit more oily than needed and the portions was doubled the amount of what I could eat. So, yes, I doggybagged it ^_^.
